Darren Ting
Managing Partner, Los Angeles
Darren was the third employee at BannerBrokers.com,
one of the first and leading performance based on-line advertising
networks. Serving as Director of Operations with active roles
in strategy, business and product development, he led the
company to attain significant growth, profit and prominent
industry standing. Darren has worked with some of the Net's
best known entities, such as Hotmail, Altavista, Yack, Netzero,
BankRate, EntrepreneurMag and DiscoverCard.com in achieving
their on-line presence and advertising objectives. Prior to
joining BannerBrokers.com, Darren gathered traditional advertising
and entertainment content licensing and distribution experiences
from Team One Advertising/Saatchi & Saatchi and Sony/Tri-Star,
respectively.
Darren received an M.B.A. from Pepperdine
University and a B.A. in International Business and Finance
from Whittier College. He is also a member of the National
Ski Patrol and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Marc Ullrich
Managing Partner, Chicago
Most recently, Marc was VP of Corporate
Development at ads360 Inc., an Internet advertising company
focused on performance based advertising models. At ads360,
he directed all corporate development functions, played a
leading role in concept and product development and established
key partner relationships. Prior to joining ads360 Marc was
a consultant with Deloitte Consulting's information technology
practice EAI and has gathered investment banking experience
under CIBC Oppenheimer Corp. where he worked with a Senior
Executive on building advanced quantitative models and tools.
Marc received an M.B.A. from Pepperdine
University and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Osnabrück,
Germany. He is a certified SAP FI consultant and is fluent
in German and English.
